Ethical standards and 'abandoned mods'

Following the forum discussion on abandoned mods I have taken the liberty of going ahead with an update of The Almighty Wrench!. I have made it clear who the original author is, but I'm (at the least) in a grey area. Maybe some update to the wording on the Rules and Standards page is in order?
